  1. Cut the steak into 8 pieces. Halve the raw ham lengthwise. Chop the garlic very finely. Spread the top of the meat with mustard. Spread the garlic over it, place a sage leaf on top and wrap with the raw ham.

Pork tenderloin with brie

  • 200 grams of pork tenderloin
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 100 gram brie


  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into 8 pieces. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cut the brie into 8 slices. Heat the brie under the grill after you have fried the pork tenderloin.

Pesto burgers

recipe for approximately 15 pieces

  • 400 grams of mixed minced meat
  • 1 shallot, very finely chopped
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of pesto

  • handful of breadcrumbs
  • pinch of salt and pepper


  1. Mix all ingredients together. Make 15 small hamburgers. Tip: make all burgers the same size by measuring the weight with a scale. Wet your hands slightly when turning the balls and press them flat or use a mini hamburger press.

Chicken with pineapple

recipe for 12 pieces

  • 200 grams of chicken (thigh) fillet
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 12 pineapple cubes (1 small can)
  • 12 small tapas sticks


  1. Cut the chicken into small cubes. Season the chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper. Make a marinade from the curry powder, ginger syrup and oil. Place the chicken in the marinade. An hour in advance, thread two cubes of pineapple and a piece of chicken onto a skewer.

  • 200 grams of chicken fillet
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of ketjap
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger


  1. Cut the chicken into equal pieces. Make a marinade from the oil, soy sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger. Mix it well and add the chicken.
