  1. First lay out a piece of greaseproof baking paper and season the chicken with sea salt, pepper, fennel seeds and rosemary leaves. Wrap the meat with the paper and tap and roll over it with a rolling pin to flatten it.
  2. Heat rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the chicken together with the pressed garlic and the halved chili peppers. Allow about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until a golden brown crust appears and the meat is cooked through.
  3. Cook the beans, covered, in salted water for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the stems from the basil and chop the leaves in a food processor along with the almonds, Parmesan, lemon juice and olive oil. Press the unpeeled garlic clove into the mixture and add one or two ladles of the bean water. Season and mix everything together.
  4. Cut the lasagna sheets into wide strips and place them in the boiling bean water for a few minutes to soak. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes and add to the chicken. Stir everything well.
  5. Wash the spinach and add it to the beans. Then drain everything straight away, but reserve a cup of the broth. Put the vegetables back in the pot and mix with the basil and almond mixture. Pour in the broth.
  6. Halve the chicken breast and serve with the cherry tomatoes and chili. The bean salad serves as a side dish, which you can refine with grated Parmesan.

Fry until the rolls get a golden brown crust.
  2. Put two cups of boiling water in a pot and then add the rice and cardamom pods. If necessary, clean the beans, cut them in half and add them to the water as well.
